A development of five single-family homes was built by E&L Contruct on the Kleiveld site - Proefbosstraat in Hoeselt. Recurring elements such as windows and materials give these cube-shaped houses a degree of uniformity. The client opted for timber-frame construction, supplied by Machiels Builing Solutions, due to the speed of assembly. Dark brick and timber were chosen for the exterior finish.
