This residential development in Hechtel-Eksel was divided into two phases, each comprising six individual dwellings. The houses were built using prefabricated timber frames and therefore took just a few days to assemble. With the windows and doors already built into the components at the plant, the finishing work, involving a combination of traditional facing bricks and wood, could be started very quickly. The houses comply with the E60 standard.
