In Houthalen-Helchteren, eight modern, energy-efficient and spacious homes were built as part of the VPark eco-housing project. The houses all have their own character and different façade finishes. The dwellings with sloping roofs were built on plots of approximately 500 m² and consist of three floors, with a total habitable area of approximately 200 m².

The façades comprise grey facing brick and white plastering, with cedar wood planks being used for parts of the façades and for the carport. As well as a carport, each property has a garden shed.
